This set-menu experience guides guests to the secluded Bertrand Bar, where the rich aroma of chargrilled yakitori invites them to indulge in six courses crafted by Chef-in-Residence Yukio Ozeki, featuring premium sustainably sourced seafood and Wagyu.

With bustling foot traffic and stunning views Howard Smith Wharves is the epicentre of Brisbane’s dining scene, now featuring the newest addition: Stan’s Lounge Bar. Located on the second floor of Louis Tikaram’s Stanley, Stan’s is an intimate, luxurious lounge perfect for pre- or post-dinner drinks and snacks. The bar itself channels a classic speakeasy vibe with a mirrored back bar and cosy seating. Jones and interior designer Brahman Perera, the creative duo behind Entrecôte and Hopper Joint.

On December 20, 2019, the Cudlee Creek bushfire devastated the winemaker’s 30-hectare property, destroying 12 hectares of vines, vital infrastructure, and a historic 1920 homestead. Since then, Bowley and his wife Sharon Hong have been rebuilding, transforming the ruins of the Lobethal farmhouse into an impressive new cellar door and tasting room, a notable landmark in the region.
