    This July and August, Simon Rogan’s acclaimed L’Enclume returns to the beachfront Bathers’ Pavilion for a limited residency. Each night, Rogan will lead the kitchen, collaborating closely with Australian producers to deliver the same Michelin-starred experience that has earned L’Enclume global recognition.

    Expect a fully immersive transformation of the space- complete with custom crockery, hand-forged cutlery, curated wines, art installations, and more- bringing the spirit of L’Enclume to life right on Balmoral Beach.

  • L’Enclume: An Exclusive Evening with The Supper Club by Quintessentially

    To mark the launch of The Supper Club by Quintessentially, we invite our members to an intimate, one-night-only celebration at Bathers’ Pavilion. Enjoy a specially curated 14-course tasting menu by Simon Rogan, crafted exclusively for this evening.

    Fitzroy North’s Suze is a charming new wine bar by hospitality duo Giulia Giorgetti and Steve Harry, whose resumes span Gimlet, Marion, Cumulus Inc, and more. With laid-back service and refined small plates, Suze champions Victorian producers and a succinct wine list of French, Italian, and local varietals.   • Tomorrowland

    After celebrating its legendary 20-year anniversary in 2024, Tomorrowland is ready to open up a whole new world in the beautiful scenery of De Schorre in Boom (Belgium) in the summer of 2025.

    The festival’s brand-new theme ‘Orbyz’, set in a magical universe made entirely out of ice, will reveal a hidden community that has been existing under a gigantic ice cap for many years. Once the mass of ice and glaciers starts melting, the indigenous community rises to the surface, consisting of a unique source of light, energy, and power that originates from powerful, red-colored crystals and rocks.

    NGV International, the 2025 Melbourne Winter Masterpieces exhibition French Impressionism charts the trajectory of the late-nineteenth century artistic movement, highlighting the key figures at the centre of this period of radical experimentation including Claude Monet, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Edgar Degas, Camille Pissarro, Mary Cassatt, Berthe Morisot.
