The Port Melbourne distillery's 120-seat venue has undergone a comprehensive renovation, introducing a new bar, kitchen, and culinary offerings. Helming the kitchen is head chef Drew Traynor, formerly of Eau De Vie, who has curated a menu featuring small plates, snacks, and grazing boards, sourcing ingredients akin to those used in Starward's whiskies.
